Dr. Provat Kumar Goswami, is a Pediatrician by profession with special interest and experience in Maternal, New Born, Child and Adolescent Health- with job experience for more than four decades. He is trained in Paediatrics at (Institute of Child Health) now known as Institute of Global Health at LONDON, UK. He had undergone orientation training by CEDPA USA on Adolescent Health and Development, oriented by UNFPA, UNICEF, JOHNS HOPKINS Experts. His special interest lies in Primary Health Care at community level with special focus on Mother, New Born, Child and Adolescent Health focusing on Prevention and Promotion of health with participation of parents (mothers) and other community stakeholders. He has work experience in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, East Africa, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania as he has worked very closely with UNICEF, UNFPA on different projects (MNCH). He continues to defy seniority and have strong passion and motivation to continue working in MNCH+A in coming years and keen to learn, enhance professional growth as well. Mr. Pawan Varma, is a management and law graduate from Delhi University with more than 2 decades of extensive experience in systems and processes of development sector within the health domain. Providing technical assistance, training and monitoring under various project interventions of the Institute for Global Development remains his key responsibilities as a CEO of the Institute. In past, he has worked with NCERT, Government of India on content development projects and on Information Systems of a Multinational (Whirlpool of India) before joining the development sector with MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child in 2001. He sits on the Advisory board of a 350 Bedded Super specialty-Multi specialty tertiary care institution and was instrumental in strategic turnaround of the institution in recent times.

Dr. Bhalla is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in program design, implementation, and strategic partnerships, coupled with a deep understanding of innovative approaches to development. His vast international exposure includes senior faculty positions in the universities and research organizations in the United States, Austria, Ethiopia and Uganda. His work has been published in reputed international journals, besides technical reports on the projects undertaken. His illustrious career includes transformative contributions to the development sector, with a particular focus on fostering impactful collaborations, resource mobilization, and advancing community-focused initiatives.
